Maureen FitzSimons's achievements as a child performer in America (which we refer to as Maureen O'Hara today) would certainly put her in the child-prodigy class. But for a person from Irish origin, and surrounded by gifted parents and family members, they had innate talents. Maureen was born in this cosy haven, August 17, 1920. She was raised by her parents as well as family members. Marguerita FitzSimons was a talented contralto. Charles FitzSimons was a successful businessman from Dublin who also controlled a portion of the Irish Shamrock Rovers soccer team. Maureen FitzSimons first FitzSimons kid. Peggy FitzSimons Florrie Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons James O'Hara made up this family. Maureen excelled at sports and loved rough games. Her ability to perform perfectly complemented her passion for athletics. She was awarded nearly all Feis Award for Theater and Drama that her country had to give. When she turned 14, she was accepted by the Abbey Theater accepted her and permitted her to pursue her passion for classical theatre and singing opera.
